Gifted with a keen musical sensitivity and a powerful bass voice, Marco Toso Borella has sung with numerous Venetian polyphonic groups and founded the two most famous choral groups in the Venetian area: “Vocal Skyline” and the “Big Vocal Orchestra,” which together represent the largest choral group in Italy and one of the largest permanent choirs in the world with over 300 members.
In this choral universe, he handles not only the conducting but also the direction, lyrics, vocal arrangements, and choreography.
THE CHOIR AS A CANVAS, THE SHOW AS A WORK OF ART
Music is one of the artistic fields in which the Maestro best expresses his creativity.
In this case, the canvas on which he paints his works of art is his two Venetian choral groups, both composed of non-professional singers united by a great passion for all music.
The colors are musical pieces from very different genres, which are often combined in bold ways, layered in contrast to create original versions that significantly characterize the show.

A work of art that goes beyond the edges and the traditional concept of a choir: the concerts created by Marco Toso Borella are indeed all-round shows, in which the choristers are protagonists in various ways: they sing, accompany the voice with stage movements and choreography, perform vibrant solo parts and theatrical readings, composing in many different shades a true artistic “experience” in which the audience is involved and overwhelmed by the power and quality of the voices.
